Vintage 1950's US NAVY PEA COAT Naval Clothing Kersey Wool Pembroke 36 Euro 46

  

It dates from the 1950's as evidenced by the corduroy lining to pockets and double stitched line above cuff and single stitched line to cuff. Unfortunately the actual sizing tag is missing so I'm unable to give you the exact year of issue. It has the traditional 6 visible double breasted buttons with the anchor motif and two buttons behind collar (8 total). Two corduroy lined hand warming pockets and internal pocket. Beautiful heavy wool coat created by the Military to the highest specification so you can be assured of a top quality Winter coat.

Size: Labelled 36 (92 cm). Pit to pit: 20 (51 cm).

Shoulder to shoulder: 16.5 (42 cm). Pit to cuff: 17 (43 cm). Collar to cuff: 31 (79 cm).

Shoulder seam to cuff: 25 (64 cm). Length Nape of Neck to Hem: 30 (76 cm). In very good condition for it's age. This is a military issued 1950's coat and will show signs of wear.
